is laapata ladies a toxic feminist movie ?

before I was going to watch that movie. I saw some Facebook posts. it says the movie is spreading inappropriate messages like the world doesn't need men. it was true, there was a scene where one woman character was talking to the lost lady.

But when we see the whole movie we can easily understand that the scene was not forced and it perfectly blends with the character`s situation. The movie was an outstanding experience. this is the movie that is probably everyone's cup of tea. it is light-hearted and easy to watch. we get the perfect emotional connection with the characters throughout the movie and it has a satisfying and heartwarming ending. we will be melted by the song and the background score. the curiosity behind the unfamiliar lifestyle and situations gives us a fresh watch. the beauty of the village is perfectly captured.

we can see 3 different male characters in the main role and 3 different women characters also. Jaya's husband represents the extremely evil men in our society, they think they can get away with anything, and they don't have any moral values. but on the other side, Deepak is a pure soul. he believes in social norms and human values, and he is too innocent for the world, men like this are in our society but women usually don't like them. the character played by the police officer was grey-shaded. they do the corrupted things for their living, but men like them can also understand the seriousness of the situation and act upon it perfectly.

when it comes to women characters.  Phool Kumari is raised in an orthodox family in an extremely conventional atmosphere She doesn't know the real world, the only thing she knows about is how to cook and how to make her husband happy. the encounter with Manju Mai gives her some certain revelations about life.  manju mai is a bold independent woman who suffers from her toxic husband. she has more life experience. She lives on her own and everyone respects her. The other one is a revolutionary character. who took a bold decision to ignore all the norms and act upon her will. She has to face many obstacles in her journey. because there is no one to help her and she has to do it by herself.

the other women characters represent our parents, who are raised in the conventional belief system and blindly believe everything they have been taught. but they are also very loveable.

we can see this movie is not anti-masculine, and it has different aspects of male characters. the dialogue told by Manju Mai is personal only because she is making her own living and hates her husband for what he does. from her point of view, it is right. women actually don't need men, rather than the emotionally way. from decades to decades men ruled the world, and were forced to believe women are dependent upon men it is the only way of their survival. but time changed the situation changed women gained their consciousness and started fighting against patriarchal norms. but a statement like women don't need men at all is wrong. many feminists think it is right . and they are starting to spread hate against men. clearly, this is not that kind of movie.

this movie is not just fiction, it is a representation of things that happening in India. women like these and marriages like these exist even now. the movie showed the harsh reality of women in India through comedy drama. the title `Lost Ladies` itself has an in-depth meaning.

House of the Dragon a History of Westeros, Season 2 Episode 1

The show started with a nostalgic scene of Game of Thrones. showing Winterfell and the Wall of the North with the heartwarming background music of House Stark.  introducing Cregan Stark, a new powerful character and Jacaerys was there to ensure Starks' support for the upcoming war . Cregon teases about the long night and talks about time when Aegon the Conqueror invaded Westeros and how Torhen stark kneel before Aegon.   Creagan Stark is the great-great-grandfather of Ned Stark . he is the lord of Winterfell and warden of the North and he was just 21 years old at the time of Dance of the Dragon. he wielded "ice" the ancestral valyrian sword of house starks and was a renowned warrior across Westeros. Even Aemond Targaryen the Dragonknight said he had never faced a finer swordsman than Cregan. With grey eyes like a winter storm, Cregan was only 16 when he took charge of the North but his ascent to power wasn't easy, he had to fight his uncle to earn his birthright. When...

A worst species on earth

Are humans the worst species on Earth???. what do you think? yes, we can start from the beginning, when homo erectus finds out how to make fire... wait wait wait.... We don't have to go that far to explain how simple life used to be. At that time, we simply lived with the flow without any knowledge or emotions. Our daily routine was simple - sleeping, eating, and mating. It's amazing to imagine how grateful was for our ancestors to have such a simple yet wonderful life. The problem began to take root when we started becoming civilized. We ceased hunting and began practicing agriculture, an early example of laziness that led to human progress. People abandoned their nomadic lifestyle to settle down. They cultivated their own food, and as time passed, groups formed, eventually leading to the emergence of group leaders, driven by a greed for power, we began to kill each other in their quest to possess it. As life goes on, we( homo sapiens latest version) were born and grow into ad...
